SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping policy:

Once your order has been completed and paid for on our online store, it will be processed with 1-5 working days. The package will then be delivered within 1 to 10 business days. You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate information or incomplete information.

Delivery information:

We currently only ship in Canada. However, this information is subject to change.

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through standard delivery by post. Your package should either be delivered by Post Canada and/or Purolator. However, we do not guarantee that a tracking number will be provided with your purchase. But once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and if applicable, it will also include the tracking number from Purolator or Canada Post. Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

​​RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchange policy:

Exchange request must be made within 30 days after the receipt of your goods. If the 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

To qualify for an exchange or an in-store credit:

1. You must have the confirmation number; and

2. Your item must be either:

a) damaged, defective or broken upon delivery; or

b) not be the correct item or size that you have ordered. (Please note, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.)

No refund, exchanges only.

How to request an exchange:

To request an exchange, please send us an email at earthlydiscoveries@outlook.com. This will allow us to address the issue in a timely manner. In the email, please describe the reason you are requesting return and attach a picture or video to demonstrate the issue. We will then notify you by email, of our decision. We will either approve or deny your exchange or accept a return and issue an in store credit.

If the exchanged is approved, you must return the product by mailing the package in the post at 29A rue Coron, Blainville, Québec, Canada, J7C 4V2. Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item. Once, we have received the returned item, the exchanged product will be shipped to you and/or the in store credit will be issued. However, if you receive an in store credit, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
